Position Overview
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of the company and driving its growth trajectory. This position is fully remote with occasional travel required to Montreal and other location in the US, Canada, and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
· Financial Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
· Capital Raising: Lead fundraising efforts, including venture capital, private equity, and debt financing, to support the company's expansion plans and strategic initiatives.
· Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.
· Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies and controls.
· Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, for internal and external stakeholders.

· Strategic Decision Support: Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes, including pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and business expansion initiatives.
· Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, laws, and standards, as well as adherence to corporate governance best practices.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
· Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role, preferably in the technology or real estate industry.
· Strong background in strategic finance, capital raising, and financial planning and analysis.
· Demonstrated track record of successfully raising capital from venture capital firms, private equity investors, and/or financial institutions.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Position Overview
As the Vice President of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational strategy and execution of a start-up data center development company. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as the interim COO, you will oversee all operational functions, including facilities & site managment, project management, facility development, and business operations, to drive growth and operational excellence during this critical phase of our company's evolution.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of data center facilities, from site selection and land acquisition to construction and commissioning.

Position Overview
The Director of Site Operations owns overall operations for the 24x7 hyperscale data center campus in Springfield, Ohio and will directly manage the team on site.
Essential Job Functions
* Manage the operations and engineering functions at the property with the objectives of safely and effectively operating machinery and building systems
* Manage the site team to ensure a high-level customer experience and the excellence of operations
* Ensure availability and capacity targets are achieved and maintained for data centers and technical infrastructure for your assigned facility or facilities
* Encourage and foster a team-oriented environment through positive feedback
* Hold employees accountable on preventive/corrective maintenance of facilities equipment
* Ensure customers are satisfied and any issues with their services are resolved quickly and efficiently
* Must understand the engineering and operational aspects of the building systems and recognize system performance deficiencies immediately and respond to operational and emergency situations
* Ensure adequate training of all facility engineers and other personnel on electrical/mechanical equipment, system maintenance, repairs and operation

Job Requirements
* Bachelor of Science degree in an Electrical or Mechanical or Technical background or equivalent experience required
* 10+ years of experience in facility/plant engineering and maintenance supervision, strongly preferred
* 10+ years of direct managerial experience and interpersonal skills, strongly preferred
* Experience in Data Center or Critical Infrastructure industries, strongly preferred
* Experience and knowledge of physical security in a critical environment, strongly preferred
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with vendors and other service providers
* Proven track record of managing through periods of significant people, process and technology change.
* Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines

Technical Program Manager Switzerland
The Technical Program Manager - will provide consultancy, guidance and direction for delivery of hyperscale client projects.
The Technical Program Manager will guide and support our project delivery teams to ensure we meet our client contractual deliverables through the Construction stages. The Technical Program Manager will provide a client specific project delivery strategy and act as the primary Client interface during our construction delivery and fit-out stages, meeting client expectations, acting as single point of contact (SPOC), management of key milestones, build status reporting, risk management, client data centre acceptance and project closeout.
The Technical Program Manager will be accountable for defining and executing a delivery process structure that is used consistently across EMEA projects. The Technical Program Manager requires senior level leadership skills, client facing experience, a sense of urgency, and excellent team organizational skills across multiple countries and technology disciplines.
Tasks:
* Provides leadership, consultancy, and guidance to project delivery teams resulting in a consistent approach to hyperscale clients, ensuring lease and contract conditions are met.
* Act as 'Single Point of Contact' (SPOC) for the client including communication and escalations, and weekly update meetings and reports.
* Validate and support integrated planning of client scope with construction and fit-out teams.
* Manage client technical design and construction workshops with support of companies Design, Solutions Engineering, and Construction Delivery teams.
* Manage client related Design changes in coordination with Design, Solutions Engineering, and Construction Delivery.

* Create and maintain partner relationships with supply chain, in collaboration with Solution Engineering, Construction and operation teams focusing on cost, efficiency and reduced delivery timescales.
Job practicalities / Skills, Knowledge, Abilities, Experience, and qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related engineering and project management discipline.
* Deep understanding of data centre infrastructure design and construction techniques, operational requirements and challenges, data hall fit-out projects, equipment and technology advances and general industry trends.
* Strong knowledge of the construction and project delivery process and working with construction, general contractors, H&S, consultants, and design teams for hyperscale data centre users.
* Has the capability to determine electrical, mechanical, security, and communications related data centre scope requirements, solutions, and construction requirements.
* Significant experience managing construction and data hall fit out projects at a commercial hyperscale data centre provider
