Project Manager – Senior or Mid-Level

Location: West Palm Beach, FL | Full-Time | AEC - Architecture & Design Sector

This well-established Florida architecture firm is looking to add a Project Manager - Senior or Mid-Level to their West Palm Beach team! This role is perfect for individuals who are collaborative, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects - especially in their key markets of Civic, K-12 Education, and Commercial projects. Their work is largely public-sector driven, and the team offers a great balance of leadership opportunities, hands-on involvement, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects across all phases, from design through construction documentation and contract administration.
  • Oversee the development and coordination of construction documents, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Participate in proposals, pursuits, and business development efforts (primarily for Senior PM level).
  • Take ownership of project delivery, proactively identifying and resolving challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Balance both high-level project oversight and hands-on involvement in production and technical work (particularly at the Mid-Level).
  • Ensure projects align with client goals, regulatory requirements, and firm standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required; NCARB certification, active architectural license, or path to licensure preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven, with proven leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Passionate about mentoring others and contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced, and positive team environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
