Project Coordinator 2 - Key Responsibilities  & Qualifications:

  • Contribute to conceptual design efforts and provide support throughout all phases of a project.
  • Collaborate with project leaders to develop effective technical solutions and product strategies.
  • Utilize BIM and related software to produce high-quality construction documentation.
  • Work closely with the Project Architect, Senior Project Coordinator, and broader project team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent discipline required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience across technical phases of architectural projects.
  • Professional certifications such as LEED, DBIA, CDT, or similar are preferred.
  • Foundational knowledge of state building codes, local municipal regulations, and zoning requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform effectively in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Revit with strong modeling capabilities required.
