Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Leadership
* Lead client pursuits, presentations, and contract negotiations
* Develop and maintain long-term client and industry relationships
* Identify and secure new project opportunities and repeat business
* Manage project revenue targets and maintain a healthy project backlog
* Represent the firm through conferences, presentations, and industry engagement
* Lead Go/No-Go pursuit decisions and oversee proposal development
Leadership & Team Management

Qualifications
* Degree in Architecture or related field

Key Responsibilities
* Support bidding and construction administration from contract award through project closeout
* Respond to RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change documentation
* Prepare meeting minutes, field reports, change orders, and project correspondence
* Conduct field observations and document construction progress and issues
* Review documents for quality, coordination, and constructability
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, agencies, and utility providers
