SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT
Mission Critical Construction
Overview
A leading ENR-ranked general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to join the delivery team supporting several large-scale hyperscale data center campuses across the United States.
This individual will play a key leadership role overseeing field operations, driving schedule performance, coordinating complex MEP installations, and ensuring successful project execution from site mobilization through commissioning and turnover.
These projects represent some of the largest mission critical developments currently under construction in North America, including multiple multi-billion-dollar campuses.
Responsibilities
• Lead all field operations, safety, quality, schedule and execution activities across major mission critical projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, superintendents, project management teams and client stakeholders
• Drive schedule adherence and recovery planning where required
• Manage daily field activities across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical scopes
• Oversee installation sequencing and integration of complex mission critical infrastructure
• Partner closely with commissioning teams to support successful startup and turnover
• Conduct site walks, progress reviews and coordination meetings
• Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact schedule, budget or quality
• Support staffing, development and leadership of field teams
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants and trade partners
Requirements
• 10+ years of construction experience
• Prior experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on large-scale construction projects
• Mission critical, data center, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, healthcare or other technically complex project experience preferred
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and commissioning processes
• Proven ability to lead large subcontractor workforces and coordinate multiple trades
• Experience delivering projects through commissioning and client turnover
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements
Preferred Experience
• Hyperscale data center experience
• Experience on projects exceeding $250M in value
• Ground-up campus development experience
• Commissioning and startup experience
• Electrical and mechanical infrastructure knowledge

Candidates may initially be assigned to an active project for onboarding and integration before transitioning to a long-term campus assignment.
