About the Opportunity

We're partnering with one of the nation's premier architecture and design firms to identify a Project Manager for its nationally recognized Healthcare Practice in Boston.

This is an opportunity to join a firm consistently trusted by leading academic medical centers, health systems, and research institutions to deliver some of the country's most complex and transformative healthcare environments. From major hospital campuses and specialty care facilities to ambulatory care, outpatient centers, and academic medical projects, you'll play a key role in shaping facilities that improve patient care and redefine healthcare delivery.

The healthcare practice is known for its collaborative culture, technical excellence, and commitment to innovation. You'll work alongside an exceptional team of planners, architects, designers, and technical specialists while leading high-profile projects from inception through completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage healthcare projects through all phases of design and delivery.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal project teams.

  • Develop project work plans, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans while ensuring successful project execution.

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex healthcare environments on schedule and within budget.

  • Coordinate with medical planners, designers, engineers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and proactively resolve challenges.

  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.

  • Support business development efforts and help cultivate long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.

  • Licensed Architect preferred but not required.

  • Experience managing architectural projects within the healthcare sector.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare project delivery, planning, and coordination.

  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

  • Experience collaborating directly with healthcare clients and consultant teams.

  • Proficiency with Revit and standard project management tools.
