PROJECT MANAGER
Mission Critical Construction
 

Locations: Oklahoma, Iowa, Kansas, Texas, Utah

Overview
A leading ENR-ranked general contractor is seeking experienced Project Managers to support the delivery of multiple hyperscale data center campuses currently under construction across the United States.
With billions of dollars in secured project backlog and several new campuses entering active construction, this opportunity offers the chance to join one of the fastest-growing mission critical construction programs in North America.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project execution from procurement through turnover, working closely with owners, subcontractors, consultants and field leadership teams to ensure successful delivery of complex mission critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover
• Develop and execute procurement and buyout strategies for major trade packages
• Oversee subcontractor management, contract administration and change management processes
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts and cost controls
• Drive schedule performance through collaboration with field operations and trade partners
• Coordinate delivery of major electrical and mechanical infrastructure equipment
• Partner with owners, consultants and internal leadership teams to manage project objectives
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Lead OAC meetings, progress reviews and stakeholder communications
• Support successful commissioning, energization and project turnover activities

Requirements
• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience delivering large-scale construction projects
• Strong understanding of project controls, procurement, forecasting and subcontractor management
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to drive schedule, cost and quality performance
• Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Experience
• Data center or mission critical construction experience
• Experience with hyperscale or large campus developments
• MEP infrastructure knowledge
• Commissioning and turnover experience
• Projects exceeding $100M in value
• Experience with OFCI procurement and equipment coordination
