Our client, a nationally recognized architecture and design firm, is seeking a Science & Technology Corporate Practice Leader to spearhead the continued growth of its Science & Technology and Life Sciences practice across the Northeast.

The Opportunity
As the Science & Technology Corporate Practice Leader, you will serve as the strategic face of the practice, partnering with firm leadership to expand client relationships, drive new business, and strengthen the firm's presence throughout the Northeast.
You'll work alongside an established team of technical experts while focusing on long-term market growth, helping to build both the client portfolio and the internal Science & Technology team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives across the Science & Technology and Life Sciences markets with a primary focus on New England.
- Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships while identifying new market opportunities.
- Build and grow the regional Science &Technology team while collaborating with offices across the country.
- Develop annual business development and marketing strategies for the practice.
- Partner with executive leadership to establish two- and five-year strategic growth plans.
- Lead complex Science & Technology projects while maintaining executive client relationships.
- Mentor and develop project teams, helping cultivate the next generation of market leaders.
- Represent the firm through industry organizations, conferences, speaking engagements, and thought leadership.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market intelligence to guide both clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative, client-focused design solutions.
What We're Looking For

- Extensive experience leading Science & Technology and/or Life Sciences projects.
- Proven success developing new business and growing client relationships.

- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring staff.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
