We have partnered with this same client for an Industrial Water Treatment Project Manager as part of their strategic growth of this department across the United States.
We are looking for a results-driven professional with experience in consulting engineering and project management, particularly within the industrial water sector. This individual will lead the execution of complex water/wastewater treatment projects, collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams, and work closely with clients to develop and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage industrial water/wastewater consulting, design, and design-build projects.
Oversee planning and execution of treatability testing and interpret results for full-scale system design.
Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams; ensure projects align with organizational goals.
Contribute to business development initiatives, including client relationship management and proposal development.
Support strategic hiring and growth initiatives in alignment with project delivery needs.
Deliver on project budgets, schedules, and quality metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or related field).
7+ years of experience in project management within the industrial water/wastewater sector.
Familiarity with regulatory trends, industrial water market dynamics, and competitor strategies.
Demonstrated success in developing capital and O&M cost estimates, work planning, and scheduling.
Proven leadership in client engagement and delivery of complex projects.
