We are partnered with an Atlanta-based international architecture & design firm seeking a Specifications Writer. The firm works in many market sectors but is most well-known for their exceptional work in the hospitality and commercial markets, both domestically and internationally. As their Specifications Writer moves into retirement, they are seeking someone to take on this key firmwide role.
Skills required:
- 5-10+ years as a Specifications Writer or Coordinator
- proficient with SpecLink, VisiSpecs, or equivalent
- proficient in writing specifications for multiple project types
- able to work independently as well as with PMs, PAs, etc.
- able to be in-office 3x/week
- CDT/CSI/CCS preferred
