Key Responsibilities:
- Develop instrumentation, controls, and SCADA system designs using 3D/4D drafting tools.
- Design HMIs, PLCs, and reporting systems; prepare design reports and technical memoranda.
- Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and conduct FATs and field inspections.
- Lead testing and startup of systems, ensuring documentation and QA requirements are met.
- Assist with O&M manuals and develop training for end users.
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work as needed.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- EIT certification or FE exam completion (or willingness to obtain within 18 months).
- 3+ years of automation and controls experience.
- Strong technical expertise in instrumentation, SCADA, PLC, and HMI systems.
- Proficiency with 3D/4D CAD drafting tools.
- Water/wastewater experience highly preferred.
