The Role: We are looking to hire an Associate/Director level development professional to lead the businesses drive for growth in the geographical area between London & the midlands, finding opportunities, working on feasibility, purchase agreements, dealing with agents but also seeking out off market opportunities, this role will encompass the property cycle from Stage 0-4 and then will work closely with the delivery team to make sure the finished project is delivered to the expected standard.
As the role progresses your focus will start to change towards hiring a Development and Projects team to support the opportunities and move into that of a Development Director, how soon this happens will be down to you…
As part of your role you will be tasked with recruited a team of consultants to build up a scheme and support you with the process, you will also have the support of the in house Projects, Technical and Legal teams to help you in your quest.
