The successful person for this opportunity will either be a Senior Project Manager or Associate Director who has extensive experience within Healthcare Property Development and can successfully head up the department for health. You must have strong business development experience - this will not be needed from day one but will be utilised throughout your role.
Current projects range from £20m up to circa £150m, so exposure on similar sized projects would be ideal. You will also be responsible for managing a team and the continuous growth of your team .
The right person must have the following:
* 7+ years' experience as a consultant Project Manager with at least 4 years' experience within Healthcare
* Have managed and recruited for teams of 3 or more
* Successful track record within Business Development across the Property & Construction industry
* Project experience on values over £50mil
* Must be client facing with strong negotiation skills
