Harper Harrison are working with a Leading, London based Housing Association who are looking to grow their Development Team with the appointment of an experienced Development Project Manager on a permanent basis
The role will be to be initially take on and manage two London based high profile projects providing mixed-tenure residential units of 600+
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor development program against HCA and/or GLA requirements and maintain appropriate records
* To deliver current development program in the process of delivery or in the pipeline
* Prepare capital budgets, revenue forecasts, cash flow forecasts, development program and other management tools
* Manage the delivery of development projects within cost, time, quality and other performance targets
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with local authorities and developer partners
* Manage the development of the design and delivery of construction contracts
* Develop projects with the New Business team and land team to provide new homes and maintain current pipeline
Personal Specification
* Knowledge of HCA and/or GLA funding and other requirements
* Experienced in managing the delivery of all aspects of complex long-term regeneration projects from land assembly to completion and handover
* Experienced in delivering successful commercial outcomes from negotiations with developers, consultants and contractors
* Experienced in managing and motivating multi-disciplinary teams of external consultants and contractors
* Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
* Conveys a strong confidence in their own ability and takes personal responsibility for consequences
