Job Description

Director of Project Management (Construction Consultancy) - London
Circa £90-120k + Bonuses, Benefits, Flexible working

Are you currently working for a Consultancy at director level but still don't have a say at the top table? Are you currently at Associate level and struggling to see the next step, perhaps your leadership team don't inspire you? Can you see a better way of doing things but are unable to take action? Are you fed up with rules & red tape and want to create your own? Do you realise that life is short and you want to MAKE AN IMPACT?? read on...

We are recruiting for a high-performing individual to lead the Project Management function for a medium sized, multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Berkshire.

This isn't a blank sheet of paper or a pipe dream, far from it, the business has plenty of clients and other offices that will support you with opportunities and resource to get you started, you will also have the full backing of the business when it comes to Marketing, social media and attending events - why hold you back?

You will report to the owners, get used to quick decisions on your ideas, support with delivering them but also the right level of accountability to help make sure they happen.

The team in this office is still fairly small with plans to double in 2020, success for the Project Management team looks like a team of 10 in the next 2-3 years and a solid pipeline of work by the end of the first 12 months, they are realistic about what can be achieved and your bonuses will be linked to things within your control rather than pipe dreams.

Clearly we need someone ambitious, creative, driven to succeed and who can inspire others to join them on this journey but with that said the willing and attitude is certainly more important than your exact sector experience...

They will pay well depending on your level and are flexible on job title for the right person, they will also give you a generous benefits package, marketing budget and flexibility to work where you feel is best to get the job done!

Get in touch in confidence to arrange a further discussion, if you don't have a CV then don't let this put you off!
