Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a large commercial consultancy based in the heart of London. This company may be a large company however they are renowned for their intimate building surveying department.
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced chartered surveyor to consolidate their commercial experience with some of the industry's most elite clients. The team is keen on providing their employee's with ample opportunities to develop and grow as professionals, they offer a catalogue of 117 training courses. Due to the reflective nature of this team the candidate needs to be able to seek and adapt based on feedback and improvements given. *Achieve fee-earning target
*Manage existing client relationships and build new relationships within own service line network
*Identify new business opportunities
*Work independently and seek advice for issues outside of personal knowledge
*Has broad knowledge of principles and practices of related disciplines
*Help to maintain and grow reputation of the business
*Supervise teams on projects
*Mentor junior colleagues
*Advise and share knowledge with colleagues where necessary

*Educated to degree level
*PQE of 2yrs or more
*Demonstratable experience working within a consultancy in the UK real estate market
*Experience and evidence of ability to win work and contribute to increasing company's profitability and goals
*Comfortable working in and around London and the South-East
*Required to have the ability to work within a team and on own initiative
*Must be enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated
*Must have strong verbal and numerical skills, and be comfortable with report writing
*Requires excellent time management and general organisational skills
