Senior Development Manager (Front-end)
Location: London
Salary: £65-85k + 20% Bonus + Leading Benefits Package (18% Pension)

The Client: Developer with a long-term ethos, they focus on place-making rather than making the most profit. Their head office in London but offering flexibility to work from home/site. They work some of the capitals most exciting, innovative projects in residential , commercial and mixed use as well as a hugely diverse range of other consultancy tasks with Government and private bodies including Defence organisations.

The Role: We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Senior Development Manager, or someone with the potential to step in to this role. The client is looking for an individual who is able to lead on a number of projects and Joint Venture partnerships, qualifying opportunities, undertaking feasibility and planning and setting up a project to be delivered.

We need someone who is passionate about creating spaces, engaging with the local community and gets their kicks from seeing a project take shape but who also understands the complexities involved with projects of this scale and can lead on planning, project scope and engaging the multiple stakeholders to work collaboratively.

Each project is different and you will find yourself working on everything from a small residential development up to major regeneration projects.
