The Client: Entrepreneurial commercial developer who invest, develop, cut & carve and refurbish Commercial property in London and the South East but who also work in partnership with others as a Development Manager. Their head office in London but offering flexibility to work from home/site. Work with a small but growing team of really smart and experience individuals who started the company to move away from the red-tape and bureaucracy of the larger developers.
The Role: We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Senior Development Manager to work closely with the owners on every part of the development life-cycle be that acquisitions, feasibility, planning or managing a project to completion, no day will be the same. The company have funds to invest and are ready to create some really cool, modern work-spaces in the city. The culture is relaxed but focused and outputs count more than hours at your desk, you will be given the autonomy and voice to challenge the ways of working and to have a say into how the businesss operates moving forward.
Being one of the first 10 team members you will be used to wearing many hats but also have a chance to really make an impact and be a key part of this companies legacy.
