Job: Senior Development Manager
Location: London
Salary: £65-85k + Bonus + Benefits

The Client: A housing association, head office in London and operating in both London and Essex, with some of the capitals most exciting, innovative projects in progress and in the pipeline.

The Role: We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Senior Development Manager, or someone with the potential to step in to this role. The client is looking for an individual who is able to work closely and lead the team on forthcoming projects. Someone who understands the complexities involved with both traditional and modular projects and can lead on planning, project scope, managing multiple stakeholders and then delivering the project.
Key tasks required from the role include:
- Technical management.
- Land and project management.
- Liaison and management of stakeholders.
- Financial management.

- Willing to lead a team but also understands what their members wish to achieve.
- Possess a degree level qualification in a relevant area.
- Experience working in either the social housing or private development sector.
- An ability to prepare and present reports to the senior team.
