Job Description
My client, a main Contractor are looking for a Senior Planners to join their current projects in Dublin, both on a long-term basis.
Skills needed:
Asta
5+ Years Planning experience
GREAT knowledge of buildings (New build or fit-out)
Experience working on Residential / commercial or mixed use development projects (Ideally New build)
An infrastructure background is fine but must have recent resi / commercial experience.
Ideally a main contractor background but the client are open!
Ability to work in Dublin 5 days a week
Contract role
Location - Dublin, Ireland
Duration - 6 months (Until end July, expected to extend, the client are also looking for permanent staff )
Start date - ASAP
