Job Title: Project Engineer(Structural Engineer) - Bridge Engineering

Overview: Are you an experienced Structural Engineer with a passion for bridge engineering? Do you hold a PE license in Connecticut or New York State? If you have 4-9 years of experience and are ready to take the lead in launching a new office for a premier engineering consultancy, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage bridge engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project teams, ensuring all project deliverables meet high standards of quality and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Conduct structural analyses and design for bridge projects.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes and regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on bridge projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Connecticut or New York State.
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
