Senior Roadway Project Manager required to lead complex, multi-discipline roadway reconstruction programmes. This is a senior leadership position combining technical oversight, commercial responsibility and strategic growth input.
You will take full ownership of major roadway design projects, guiding teams from early development through to delivery. The role involves direct stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, risk management and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest technical and commercial standards.
Alongside project execution, you will contribute to identifying and securing future opportunities, supporting pursuit strategy and proposal development while helping shape long-term growth plans. This position requires someone comfortable operating at senior level, influencing decisions and driving performance across multi-disciplinary teams.
Key requirements:
• 20+ years’ experience delivering complex roadway design projects
• Proven leadership across large, multi-discipline engineering teams
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability
• Professional Engineer P.E. liscence required
• Degree in Engineering. Master’s preferred or equivalent experience considered
• Demonstrated experience working with transportation-focused public agencies
• Confident managing senior stakeholder relationships and negotiations
