This leader will oversee all aspects of project execution, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover—ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader capable of driving complex multi-stakeholder environments across contractors, design teams, utilities, and customers.
