About the Role: As a Healthcare Project Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients and an integral leader within the design studio. You’ll manage design and delivery for complex healthcare projects, ensuring technical excellence, design integrity, and smooth coordination across disciplines.
What You’ll Do

Lead the day-to-day management of healthcare projects through all phases—from planning and design to documentation and construction

Serve as the primary client contact, building and maintaining long-term relationships

Oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing, and deliverables

Facilitate coordination between architects, consultants, and stakeholders

Support contract negotiations, billing, and project close-out

Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm-wide design and process excellence
What You Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (NAAB-accredited)

8+ years of professional experience, ideally within the healthcare sector

Architectural licensure required

Strong technical production and documentation skills; proficiency in Revit preferred

Knowledge of building codes, ADA/ANSI 117.1, and healthcare design standards

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities

LEED accreditation (or interest in obtaining it) is a plus
