Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex healthcare projects across all phases
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and staffing to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including consultants and internal stakeholders
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level staff, supporting their technical and professional development
- Contribute to project strategy, problem-solving, and decision-making at both the project and team level
- Support business development efforts, including client engagement and repeat work opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing healthcare projects, ideally within hospital or medical center environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare planning, design, and project delivery processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex, multi-phase projects
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and act as a strategic advisor
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Licensed Architect preferred
