A nationally recognized, design driven architecture and interiors firm is seeking a Workplace Practice Leader to establish and grow its presence in Raleigh and the greater Triangle market.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a visible, strategic leadership role with the backing of a prestigious national platform. The firm has an established and successful Workplace practice elsewhere in North Carolina and is now making a deliberate investment in expanding its Raleigh footprint. They are looking for a market facing leader who can anchor and scale the practice locally.
As Workplace Practice Leader you will act as the face of the Workplace practice in the Triangle, driving business development, strengthening client relationships, and positioning the firm as a go to design partner for corporate and commercial workplace clients. You will have the autonomy to shape strategy, build and mentor a team, and establish long term market presence while leveraging the resources, brand recognition, and cross office collaboration of a nationally respected firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Workplace practice in Raleigh and Durham
- Drive new business development and convert pipeline into active work
- Leverage existing local relationships and cultivate new client partnerships
- Collaborate with an established statewide Workplace platform
- Recruit, mentor, and build a high performing team around you
- Elevate design quality while ensuring strong project delivery and profitability
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience leading Workplace or Corporate Interiors projects
- Established relationships within the Raleigh Durham Triangle market
- Demonstrated success in business development and revenue generation
- Experience building, mentoring, and scaling teams
- Strong executive presence with the ability to represent a prestigious design brand
