Project Architect
Location: Henderson, NV
We are partnering with a growing, design-driven architecture practice within a larger national platform to bring on a Project Architect to their Henderson, NV office.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial team focused on civic, education, and community-driven work. This is a hands-on Project Architect position where you will be actively involved across all phases of design and delivery. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, clients, and internal teams to develop and execute design solutions, while also playing a key role in coordination and technical leadership. You’ll have the opportunity to lead portions of projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a highly collaborative design environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop project vision and programmatic direction
- Lead and contribute to design development across multiple project phases
- Develop construction documentation and technical detailing
- Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize BIM tools to manage and advance project delivery
- Support project schedules and communicate progress with the broader team
- Mentor and guide junior team members
What They’re Looking For
- Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing licensure/NCARB preferred)
- Strong experience working across design and technical phases of projects
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, and Bluebeam
- Ability to balance design thinking with technical execution
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Passion for mentoring and contributing to team growth
