Role: Site Civil Engineer / Land Development Engineer
Location: Texas (Houston, Dallas, Austin, or surrounding areas)
Level: 5+ years of experience
License Required: Texas PE (Professional Engineer)
We’re partnering with an ENR Top 100 multidisciplinary firm known for its collaborative culture, long-tenured staff, and deep pipeline of exciting commercial, institutional, and public infrastructure projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead or support civil site design for land development, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management
- Manage or mentor junior engineers and designers
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and public agencies
- Prepare construction documents and oversee permitting
✅ What You Bring:
- 5+ years’ of progressive civil/site design experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Experience in land development (commercial, industrial, institutional, or mixed-use)
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and/or Hydrology software (e.g. HEC-RAS, SWMM, Hydraflow, etc.)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
