Responsibilities

Lead programming sessions with hospital staff and clinical stakeholders.

Translate operational and clinical workflows into space plans.

Develop adjacency diagrams, functional layouts, and test fits.

Collaborate closely with project architects, interior designers, and engineers.

Support preparation of design documentation and client presentations.

Stay current on healthcare trends, codes, and evidence-based design practices.

Guide clients through decision-making, balancing patient experience with efficiency.
Qualifications

8+ years of healthcare planning experience.

Strong Revit and space planning skills.
