Required Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience in the water/wastewater treatment industry, with in-depth understanding of industrial applications (e.g., manufacturing, energy, food & beverage, chemical).
* 3-5 years of proven success in a business development or sales leadership role.
* Strong technical acumen in water treatment technologies such as filtration, chemical dosing, membrane systems, biological treatment, etc.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel domestically up to 30%.
