Project Manager - Water Resources
Location: Phoenix | Hybrid Work Model

We're looking for a driven leader with a passion for delivering innovative water and wastewater solutions. You'll be responsible for overseeing technical teams, managing project schedules and budgets, and serving as the key point of contact for municipal clients and utility agencies.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects including treatment facilities, pump stations, pipelines, and collection/distribution systems
- Oversee scope development, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Manage internal project teams across multiple concurrent projects
- Maintain close client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Provide technical guidance, design expertise and mentorship to junior engineering staff
- Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and environmental standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, construction, and permitting teams
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline
- 8+ years of relevant water resources project experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex municipal infrastructure projects
