As Project Executive, you'll oversee major healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring client satisfaction, team performance, and project success. This is a strategic leadership role with visibility at the highest levels of the organization and direct influence over regional growth.
What You'll Do:
Lead all phases of large-scale healthcare construction projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met
Serve as the primary client interface and build long-term relationships with hospital systems, architects, and consultants
Oversee project teams, mentor senior staff, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
Contribute to business development efforts and support the strategic expansion of the company's healthcare portfolio in the Southeast
Coordinate closely with preconstruction, design, and field operations teams to deliver integrated project delivery solutions
What You Bring:
10-15+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong emphasis on healthcare and hospital projects
Proven success in managing complex, high-value healthcare builds ($50M+)
Deep knowledge of AHCA/Joint Commission standards and healthcare construction protocols
Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to drive results while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture
