Harper Harrison is currently in partnership with a nationally recognized water treatment engineering consultancy. We have partnered with this same client for a Municipal Water Treatment Project Manager as part of their strategic growth of this department across the United States.
This individual will lead the execution of complex water/wastewater treatment projects, collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams, and work closely with clients to develop and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage municipal water/wastewater consulting, design, and design-build projects.
- Oversee planning and execution of treatability testing and interpret results for full-scale system design.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams; ensure projects align with organizational goals.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including client relationship management and proposal development.
- Support strategic hiring and growth initiatives in alignment with project delivery needs.
- Deliver on project budgets, schedules, and quality metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or related field).
- Experience in design and management within the municipal water/wastewater sector.
- Familiarity with regulatory trends, municipal water market dynamics, and competitor strategies.
- Demonstrated success in developing capital and O&M cost estimates, work planning, and scheduling.
- Proven leadership in client engagement and delivery of complex projects.
