Estimator

We are hiring a versatile Estimator to price a variety of project types including civic, commercial interiors, and ground-up multifamily developments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop bid packages and perform accurate takeoffs

• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors

• Support preconstruction team with budgets and presentations

• Evaluate historical data and cost databases

• Attend site walks and client meetings for scope validation

• Prepare scope sheets and bid comparisons for leadership

• Assist in developing value engineering solutions

• Maintain estimating database and bid calendar

• Review addenda and coordinate revisions with the team

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of estimating experience across sectors

• Familiar with regional trades and costs

• Proficient in Bluebeam, OST, and Excel

• Strong communication and presentation skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90,000-$115,000 base salary + precon bonus plan
