My team is working with a respected mid-sized architecture & design firm specializing in healthcare, civic, and community projects. The practice is committed to designing facilities that improve quality of life and support local institutions. The team is hiring a Senior Project Architect to work in their studio in Hackensack, NJ. You’ll take a lead role in technical delivery, documentation, and mentoring staff across projects. With several new projects underway as well as growth across legacy clients, the studio is strengthening its senior technical leadership.
Responsibilities

Lead technical documentation efforts for hospitals, clinics, and wellness centers.

Ensure project documents meet quality standards, building codes, and healthcare guidelines.

Coordinate directly with consultants, engineers, and contractors.

Provide technical reviews during all phases, from schematic design through construction administration.

Troubleshoot design and construction challenges, providing solutions in real time.

Train and mentor junior team members in technical standards and Revit best practices.

Act as a key technical resource for the healthcare studio and leadership team.
Qualifications

10+ years of architecture experience across healthcare, civic, and/or community projects
-
Revit proficiency required.

Strong technical knowledge.
- Registered Architect
