The team is looking to hire an Associate Principal to join the leadership team in Las Vegas. This role is ideal for a design-driven leader ready to manage projects, grow client relationships, and mentor the next generation of architects. The firm has large scale civic projects across the city of Reno, and the firm is strengthening its leadership bench to support growth.
You'll be responsible for;

Serving as a key leader in the Las Vegas studio, contributing to practice growth and reputation.

Leading teams in the design and delivery of large-scale civic, education, and institutional projects.

Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment of design with vision, budget, and schedule.

Partnering with the leadership team to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Contributing to firm-wide design initiatives, sustainability goals, and innovation strategies.

Mentor emerging leaders and provide pathways for growth within the practice.

Present design solutions and project updates to boards, committees, and stakeholders.
Qualifications

15+ years of architectural experience.

Track record of work in civic, education, or institutional design.

Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence.
