We’re partnering with a nationally recognized architecture and design practice seeking a Healthcare Project Architect to join their growing Healthcare studio. About the Role
As a Healthcare Project Architect, you’ll work closely with clients and project teams to deliver complex healthcare facilities that support well-being and operational efficiency. You’ll contribute to all phases of design and documentation—balancing creativity with technical rigor to bring thoughtful, human-centered spaces to life.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate healthcare projects from schematic design through construction administration

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and buildable design solutions

Produce and review architectural drawings, details, and specifications

Ensure technical quality, code compliance, and adherence to project budgets and schedules

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

7+ years of professional experience with a focus on healthcare design

Architectural licensure (or in progress)

Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with healthcare codes and regulations

Strong communication, coordination, and client-facing skills

Passion for healthcare design and creating environments that enhance patient and staff experience
