Key Responsibilities: * Lead all phases of healthcare design with technical expertise and strategic insight

What We're Looking ForYou are an experienced, detail-driven planner with a big-picture perspective. Your qualifications include:
* Professional degree in Architecture or a related field
* Architectural licensure with 10-15+ years of experience in healthcare design
* Experience with OSHPD-1 and OSHPD-3 or HCAI-regulated projects in California
* Deep knowledge of hospital operations, LEAN planning, and functional design
* ACHA accreditation preferred; Certificate of Need familiarity a plus
* Experience with sea-level rise resilience planning (preferred)
* Strong communication, mentorship, and client-facing skills
Technical & Software Proficiency * Advanced Revit and BIM modeling
* Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, and VRay for conceptual design and visualization
