Your Role as Project Manager
As a key member of the healthcare team, you'll:
Lead healthcare projects-including OSHPD-regulated facilities-from concept through completion
Manage scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient, compliant project delivery
Foster collaboration and high performance across multidisciplinary teams
Serve as a key client liaison, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction
Participate in marketing pursuits and develop ongoing client relationships
Maintain strict adherence to OSHPD guidelines and other applicable codes
Mentor junior team members and foster a positive, inclusive studio culture
Leverage project management tools and systems to support documentation and reporting
What We're Looking For
You're a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in healthcare design and the technical know-how to navigate complex regulatory environments. Your qualifications include:
8+ years of professional architecture experience, with a strong focus on healthcare
Demonstrated OSHPD (now HCAI) project experience, including OSHPD1 and OSHPD3 facilities
Professional degree in Architecture and active architectural license
Proven leadership in managing large, complex, and technical projects
Deep understanding of California healthcare regulations and compliance
Strong communication, coordination, and mentorship abilities
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and other key design tools
LEED GA, WELL AP, or other sustainability certifications (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Collaborative mindset and passion for design that creates meaningful, lasting impact
