Your Role as Project Manager
As a key member of the healthcare team, you'll:
Lead project teams through all phases-from concept to completion
Manage scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
Foster collaboration and high performance across multidisciplinary teams
Serve as a key client contact, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication
Participate in marketing pursuits and ongoing client development
Ensure quality control and compliance with firm standards and industry regulations
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, inclusive studio culture
Utilize project management tools and best practices to support project success
What We're Looking For
You're a skilled and driven professional who brings a blend of leadership, creativity, and healthcare expertise. Ideal qualifications include:
8+ years of professional experience in architecture, including healthcare projects
Licensed architect with a professional degree in Architecture or related field
Experience with technical healthcare work, including OSHPD1 and OSHPD3 projects
Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects independently
Strong communication, organizational, and mentorship skills
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and project coordination tools
LEED GA (or higher), WELL AP, or other sustainability credentials (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Passion for sustainable design and creating meaningful, user-centered spaces
