Your Role & Responsibilities

As a K-12 Practice Leader, you will:

  • Lead and manage K-12 education projects from concept to completion

  • Translate each client's unique vision into thoughtful, functional designs

  • Develop and present compelling design solutions

  • Produce and oversee the development of construction documents

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across three offices


What You Bring

You're a passionate, strategic thinker with the experience and drive to elevate K-12 design.

Your qualifications include:

  • 15+ years of architectural experience with a strong focus on K-12 education

  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor design teams

  • Deep understanding of educational design standards and trends

  • Expertise in project documentation and construction administration

  • Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills

  • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Bonus points for experience with Newforma, SketchUp, and Office 365
