Your Role & Responsibilities
As a K-12 Practice Leader, you will:
Lead and manage K-12 education projects from concept to completion
Translate each client's unique vision into thoughtful, functional designs
Develop and present compelling design solutions
Produce and oversee the development of construction documents
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across three offices
What You Bring
You're a passionate, strategic thinker with the experience and drive to elevate K-12 design.
Your qualifications include:
15+ years of architectural experience with a strong focus on K-12 education
Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor design teams
Deep understanding of educational design standards and trends
Expertise in project documentation and construction administration
Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
Bonus points for experience with Newforma, SketchUp, and Office 365
