Key Responsibilities:
Manage healthcare architecture projects from programming and design through construction administration
Lead coordination with consultants and contractors; oversee schedules, budgets, and project delivery
Act as the primary client contact, ensuring strong communication and alignment with project goals
Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal team development
Ideal Candidate:
8+ years of architectural experience, with a focus on healthcare facilities
Proven success managing outpatient clinics, hospital renovations, or licensed medical buildings (50,000-100,000 SF; $10M-$20M budgets)
Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing experience
Licensed architect or on path to licensure preferred
