A nationally recognized design firm is seeking a Healthcare Practice Leader to guide the continued growth and strategic direction of its healthcare architecture practice.
With a reputation for delivering innovative, future-ready healthcare environments, this firm partners with health systems across the country on a wide range of projects-from acute care hospitals and ambulatory facilities to behavioral health centers and specialized care environments. Their work blends human-centered design with operational efficiency, sustainability, and a deep understanding of clinical care.
As Healthcare Practice Leader, you'll shape client strategy, lead business development, and guide a diverse team of architects, planners, and designers to deliver award-winning projects that improve patient and provider experiences alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and vision for the firm's healthcare market strategy
Cultivate and grow relationships with health systems, providers, and regional partners
Lead business development and strategic pursuits in new and existing markets
Oversee a portfolio of healthcare work across various typologies and regions
Mentor and develop internal talent across disciplines and career levels
Collaborate with firm leadership on national healthcare strategy and cross-sector innovation
Champion evidence-based design and sustainable, resilient healthcare solutions
Ideal Candidate:
15+ years of architectural experience, with a proven track record in healthcare design and business development
Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, clinical operations, and regulatory environments
Comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships at the executive level
Portfolio includes a range of healthcare projects such as hospitals, ambulatory centers, or behavioral health facilities
Licensed architect preferred; excellent communication and leadership skills required
