Aviation Interior Design Project Manager
Location: Flexible (Dallas, Washington D.C., NYC, Atlanta, Orlando, Houston)
A nationally recognized design firm is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead interior design efforts for large-scale aviation programs.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, research-driven team that's rethinking how passengers experience space-from gate lounges to concourses to lounges. You'll work at the intersection of design innovation, user experience, and operational strategy, helping shape environments that move people-literally and emotionally.
What You'll Do:
Lead project teams on interior design for terminals and airport facilities
Translate aviation client goals into branded, efficient, and human-centered spaces
Guide programming, FF&E, finishes, and documentation through to delivery
Collaborate with aviation planners, architects, and stakeholders to align interiors with big-picture strategy
What We're Looking For:
8+ years of interior design or architecture experience, with at least 3 years in aviation
Strong project management skills and comfort leading multi-phase delivery
A passion for interiors that enhance passenger experience and reflect a sense of place
Experience with Revit and coordination across disciplines
