We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Asset Management to join our team and lead technical and strategic consulting efforts for utility clients. This role is ideal for a motivated professional passionate about optimizing infrastructure performance through asset management best practices and enabling technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead asset management projects for water/wastewater utilities from planning to implementation.
Conduct asset gap assessments, condition and risk analysis, lifecycle costing, and capital planning.
Advise on operations and maintenance improvements to optimize asset lifecycle costs.
Facilitate development of service levels, KPIs, and performance measures.
Analyze data from GIS, CMMS, and condition assessment databases.
Support IT integration and deployment of EAMS/CMMS and related tools (e.g., GIS, CCTV, BI).
Manage scope, schedule, and budget while engaging directly with clients through workshops and meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
10+ years in utility asset management with strong knowledge of water/wastewater systems.
Proficiency in lifecycle cost analysis, risk-based asset planning, and business process optimization.
Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
Experience with CMMS, GIS, and utility data systems.
Preferred
Master's degree (Engineering or MBA).
Experience with SQL databases and Innovyze InfoAsset or similar platforms.
