Marketing Manager
Location: Boston, MA | Full-Time | Architecture & Design Sector
A well-established, dynamic firm is looking for a motivated Marketing Manager with extensive AEC industry experience to lead proposal writing, interview preparation, and a range of marketing and communications initiatives.
In this role, you will work independently and collaboratively with a team of 13 Principals and a 5-person marketing team to drive a variety of initiatives. This role relies on judgment, creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as a team leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the proposal process from start to finish strong skillset in writing, designing, and assuring overall quality needed.
- Prepare and deliver project interviews, developing presentations in a range of formats.
- Develop and submit content for conferences, publications, website articles, and award submittals.
- Provide oversight and direction to all marketing and communications initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines while delivering high-caliber results.
Qualifications:
- 4- 7 years of experience in the AEC industry, primarily focused on proposals and interviews.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple team projects and timelines.
- Supervisory experience in AEC preferred
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience with graphic design or a strong sense of design.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing projects through all phases of production.
- Ability to perform high-caliber work under deadline pressure.
