We are looking for a leader who thrives in managing projects, teams, and client relationships while maintaining a strong technical foundation in land development. This role involves directing internal and external project resources, overseeing schedules, and ensuring high-quality service delivery with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.


What you'll be doing:

* Lead scope development, proposal creation, and contract negotiation
* Manage budgets, project timelines, and resource planning
* Cultivate and sustain client relationships
* Supervise, mentor, and support staff development
* Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
* Apply technical civil engineering expertise to land development design
* Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and documentation
* Demonstrate sound judgment, organizational strength, and attention to detail
* Operate effectively in a collaborative team environment
* Deliver consistent results on multiple, concurrent project deadlines


What were looking for:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
* 5+ years of relevant experience
* Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 3 months
* Proven leadership in project management and team coordination
* Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
