This Senior Project Manager / Practice Lead opportunity is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer with a strong background in municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater utilities. You'll have the chance to lead high-impact projects while growing, scaling, and leading a water resources function, playing a key role in expanding the company's presence and influence across the region.

What you'll do:
Lead the full lifecycle of water, wastewater, and stormwater utility projects, from scoping and design through to delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, utility authorities, and private clients, growing the presence in South Carolina in the municipal water field.
Grow and manage your own team. Responsible for mentorship and developmend of junior engineers.
Contribute to proposals and business development efforts to support growth across South Carolina.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and QA/QC to ensure technical excellence and client satisfaction.

What we're looking for:
B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
10-14 years of experience in consulting engineering.
South Carolina PE license (or if licensed outside SC, ability to obtain SC license within one year)
Proven experience delivering municipal water/wastewater projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
Experience with Civil 3D or hydraulic modeling is a plus.
