A growing architecture firm with a strong reputation across the Southwest is seeking a Project Manager to join its Civic practice in Henderson, Nevada.

The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to lead projects that directly impact communities, ranging from public safety facilities and municipal buildings to community centers, libraries, recreation facilities, and other civic environments that serve the public every day.
You'll join an established team with deep expertise in the sector and have the opportunity to learn the nuances of civic architecture while bringing your own project leadership experience to the table.
The firm believes strong project management skills can be taught across sectors, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who has delivered complex work in healthcare, education, commercial, hospitality, industrial, aviation, justice, or other technically demanding project types.
Responsibilities

Lead projects from programming and design through construction administration.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall project delivery.

Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and internal project staff.

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.

Facilitate project meetings and drive decision-making throughout the design process.

Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What We're Looking For

8+ years of architectural experience with project management responsibilities.

Proven experience leading complex projects through all phases of design and construction.

Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.

Licensed Architect preferred but not required.

Desire to learn and grow within the Civic sector.
