A well established and design driven architecture practice is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support its growing civic and education portfolio in Nevada. This is a hybrid based leadership opportunity for a licensed architect who is passionate about delivering projects that directly impact communities.

The Opportunity: You will lead multidisciplinary project teams from early design through construction administration, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high design and technical standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants, managing expectations while maintaining strong relationships.

This position requires both leadership and execution. You will oversee documentation quality, coordinate consultants, guide internal teams, and manage scope, budgets, and change management processes. Mentorship of emerging staff and contribution to a positive team culture are key components of the role.

 

What We Are Looking For

  • Licensed architect preferred
  • Ten plus years of professional experience with at least five years leading projects and teams
  • Strong experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships
  • Proficiency with Revit and related digital tools
  • Ability to lead through influence and collaborate across disciplines
  • Experience in civic or K twelve projects is highly desirable. However, strong architectural leaders with experience in other sectors who are motivated to transition into community focused work are encouraged to apply.
