Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Bring

Position Overview
The Chief Investment Officer will lead multifamily acquisition activity across target markets, with responsibility for sourcing opportunities, evaluating investments, managing transaction execution, and helping strengthen the firm’s external relationships with investors, brokers, and capital partners.
Beyond transactions, this person will be expected to contribute at a strategic level and be a partner to the founders. Someone capable of helping day-to-day leadership responsibilities over time, while allowing the founder to stay focused on high-level growth and vision.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the sourcing, underwriting, negotiation, and execution of multifamily acquisition opportunities across the firm’s target markets
* Lead on Capital Raising & Investor Relations activities. Spearhead equity discussions, relationship management, fundraising support, and presenting investment opportunities to capital partners
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, brokers, lenders, capital partners, and other market participants to drive proprietary and off-market deal flow
* Evaluate investment opportunities with a strong lens on risk-adjusted returns, business plan viability, capital structure, and market fundamentals
* Partner closely with ownership on acquisitions strategy, pipeline development, and portfolio growth priorities

Candidate Profile
* Significant experience in multifamily acquisitions within an owner-operator, investment platform, REIT, private equity real estate firm, or similar environment
* Proven track record closing multifamily transactions and driving deal flow in a competitive market environment
* Proven track record in Capital Raising & Investor relations, with existing relationship and data-set of both HNW, private as well as Institutional Investors
* Strong understanding of underwriting, valuations, capital structures, debt, joint venture dynamics, and value-add investment strategy
* Ability to operate both strategically and tactically. Someone who can think like a principal, but still execute at the deal level

The Product Program Manager will lead the execution of complex, highly engineered equipment programs from project release through manufacturing, testing and shipment readiness.
The products support mission-critical and energy-intensive environments where reliability, thermal performance, efficiency and precise technical execution are essential. This role will coordinate multiple functions to ensure customized systems are engineered, manufactured and delivered in line with schedule, cost and quality expectations.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven data center development executive with a demonstrated track record originating, conducting diligence on, commercializing, and advancing powered land or data center campuses from site concept through customer engagement, utility coordination, and construction readiness. The successful candidate will lead the identification, evaluation, and advancement of data center opportunities across European markets, leveraging the company's existing renewable energy and power generation platform.
The Data Center Director will play a critical role in integrating digital infrastructure development capabilities into the broader organization and supporting engagement with hyperscalers, cloud providers, developers, utilities, and other strategic stakeholders. Site Identification & Market Strategy:
