About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of complex data center and mission-critical projects from planning through construction

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering required
* Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas required
* 15+ years of experience delivering engineering design and consulting services for mission-critical facilities, including data centers
* Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams on complex building and infrastructure projects
* 5+ years of experience serving as project manager and primary client contact for large-scale engineering projects
* Strong understanding of electrical systems for mission-critical facilities and data center infrastructure
* Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and technical leadership
